I've been wanting to build muscle weight for years. Also wondered why I couldn't. I decided I'm ready for this new journey. It's not about how fast I get there it's all about the climb. Building up my leg muscles again is one of the many goals. Ever since my second double foot surgery it was difficult to run like I used to in track. I'm really starting all over again.
