Wellness Wednesday: Apple Cider
Welcome to another episode of Wellness Wednesay! This time we have a tasty apple cider recipe for you.
Ingredients: 1 quart apple juice 1 sliced apple 1 sliced orange 1 sliced lemon 1 cup cranberries 1/2 quart orange juice 2-3 drops wild orange essential oil 2-3 drops clove essential oil 2-3 drops lemon essential oil 2-3 drops cinnamon bark essential oil 2 tsp ground nutmeg Add all ingredients to an instant pot or crock pot then stir together. Simmer over med-high heat for 15 mins in instant pot/ 1 hour in crock pot then mash down. Strain and enjoy!
